Delivery Information
All orders placed before 1pm are normally despatched the same working-day with free delivery on orders over £150 (ex VAT). Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched the same day if placed before 1pm, unless otherwise requested. Please note during our peak busy periods (September to December) orders may take longer to process, but we will work as hard as we can to get the stock out to you. During periods of extreme weather we may pause or update our delivery schedules to ensure product quality.
Orders with Clearance/ Sale stock will generally be processed within 48 hours but this can be longer.
We use Parcelforce & Royal Mail as our courier for box shipments, if you would like to have order tracking either via email or mobile please contact customer support.
